By accepting the Terms of Use and/or continuing to access the contents of the Site and/or the Application as a User, you warrant that you are of legal age (18 years and older at the time of first entry to the Site), that you are entering into legally binding contracts, and that you are not a natural person subject to a purchase ban and/or bans of receipt of products and/or services under the laws of the Republic of Serbia, the EU and/or any other applicable jurisdiction.

Registration, Subscription, access and/or use of the content and/or services provided by the Site and/or Application are not available to visitors or any natural person under the age of 18 and are considered legally void, should they occur.

Everchanging Me LLC Belgrade takes reasonable measures, permitted by law, to establish whether the Subscribers are natural persons of legal age.

Consequently, Everchanging Me LLC Belgrade cannot be considered legally and/or morally responsible for false data that may be provided to it. For more details on this, see the sections User account, password and security provisions, and Accuracy of user data.

The User is required to choose a password in accordance with the required standard, submit their valid email address, and then confirm the control PIN that was delivered to the entered email address in the appropriate place. By successfully completing this procedure, the User becomes a Registered User.

Each Registered User is responsible for maintaining the secrecy and security of their password and other data on their account, as well as for any access to the contents of the Site and/or Application and their use that takes place through their account and password.

By registering, you agree to:

(a) notify us immediately by email to info@menjamse.com of any unauthorized use of your account or password and/or any breach of security, and

(b) ensure that you are logged out of your account at the end of each session of your access to the Application and its contents. Everchanging Me LLC Belgrade is not responsible for any damage or loss you suffer if you have not complied with these provisions.

You hereby declare that you understand and accept that Everchanging Me LLC Belgrade, its services, and software used on the Site and/or in the Application to provide those services may contain security components that enable access to digital content, the use of that content and its protection, as well as that the use of those security components is subject to the conditions prescribed by Everchanging Me LLC Belgrade.

You hereby declare and warrant that you will not attempt to bypass or in any way try to avoid, damage, or in other ways work around any security components and/or rules of use provided by Everchanging Me LLC, Belgrade, on the Site and/or in the Application and in its services.

Users can access and review only a portion of the content published within the Application before making the decision to subscribe to Module 1: The Code of the Unconscious (this option becomes available in January 2023). By subscribing (and the necessary payment for the subscription being processed by Everchanging Me LLC. Belgrade) the user becomes a Subscriber, thereby gaining access to premium content (lessons 2-12 and sections Protocols, Base, Meditations, Video, Audio and Glossary).

Access to some content and services of the Site and/or Application is available to all Registered Users, while access to the corresponding premium content and services of the Site and/or Application is available only to Subscribers with the appropriate subscription tier.

If you wish to become a Subscriber, it is necessary to first become a Registered User by registering, in accordance with the procedure shown on the registration page app.menjamse.com/signup and, where necessary, pay the subscription amount.

This amount is payable in RSD, EUR, or another applicable currency. When paying this amount, you are required to provide your credit card and/or PayPal account information, as well as any other information relevant to the payment, thereby giving your authorization to charge the appropriate amount from your card or PayPal account.

By completing the registration procedure shown on the app.menjamse.com/signup registration page and entering the required data (further: Subscriber Data) in accordance with the displayed online form, you confirm that the information about your age and legal capacity to enter into legally binding contracts is accurate, up-to-date, and complete.

The Subscriber's obligation is to update the Subscriber's Data in a timely manner, if necessary, so that it is accurate, up-to-date, and complete. If you provide us with inaccurate, out-of-date, and/or incomplete Subscriber Data, or we have reason to reasonably suspect that it is inaccurate, out-of-date and/or incomplete, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and prevent you from accessing the premium content of the Site.

All ownership and intellectual property rights in relation to the content on the Site are the property of the owner of the site and Everchanging Me LLC and those rights are protected by applicable laws and agreements on the protection of copyright and on the protection of intellectual property and may not be used contrary to these laws and regulations.

All data that the Registered User or Subscriber provides about themselves during the registration process and/or via e-mail or any other form of communication is considered confidential and secret.

No data of a personal nature will be made available or forwarded to anyone, including third parties. Everchanging Me LLC pays great attention to making every User, Registered User, or Subscriber feel safe and protected. All questions addressed to Everchanging Me LLC will be considered with due care, respect, honesty, and concern for their privacy, confidentiality, and secrecy.

You may terminate your Subscriber status and terminate your account, at any time and for any reason, by sending us an email with the appropriate content to info@menjamse.com.

Termination of the Subscriber status and termination of the account becomes effective only after Everchanging Me LLC, Belgrade processes your request. By terminating the Subscriber status and terminating your account, you lose the ability to access premium content, and the money you paid for the subscription is not refunded.

You hereby agree that termination of your account is your only right and remedy in respect of any dispute with Everchanging Me LLC, Belgrade.

Period of Unavailability means the time during which it is not possible to access the contents and services of the Site and/or Application, excluding the time during events that fall into the category of Force Majeure, Scheduled Maintenance, and Scheduled Update of the Site and/or Application.

Force Majeure means events beyond the reasonable influence of Everchanging Me LLC Belgrade and which could not be foreseen, avoided or removed even with the utmost care, including but not limited to state measures, war, terrorist activity, civil unrest, strikes, earthquake, fire, flood, failure of computer technology, internet or telecommunications service, network delays or intrusions, denial of technical or service services, or any impairment of quality and/or interruption of availability of content and/or services provided by the Site, Application and/or Everchanging Me LLC Belgrade that was caused by a third party.

Scheduled Maintenance means regular and irregular system maintenance carried out by Everchanging Me LLC Belgrade in order to ensure optimal functioning of the Site and/or Application and the services offered. Users of the Site and/or Application will be notified of the Scheduled Maintenance at least 24 hours before its implementation if reasonably practicable.

The Scheduled Update / Scheduled Upgrade implies pre-announced changes to the program code that implements a new version, option, or functionality of the Site and/or Applications and services provided within them by Everchanging Me LLC Belgrade. Users of the Site and/or Application will be notified of the Scheduled Update at least 24 hours before its implementation.

The Availability of Services is a ratio expressed in percentages and calculated on an annual basis (based on twenty-four hours a day for all 365 days in a regular calendar year, i.e. 366 days in a leap calendar year) according to the formula: (total number of minutes in a calendar year - total number of minutes Periods of Unavailability) / (total number of minutes in the calendar year) x 100. During the calendar year, Everchanging Me LLC Belgrade will provide Users with Service Availability of at least 99.5%.

All sales are final, and the Company does not offer any money-back guarantees. You recognize and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund for any purchase under any circumstances, except in the case of prolonged and unresolved technical issue that prevented you from using the services paid. This distinction will be made in the Company's sole and absolute discretion.

Everchanging Me LLC Belgrade reserves the right to make a decision to terminate the Site and/or Application at any time. All Subscribers will be notified of the termination of the Site and/or Application at least fifteen (15) days before the termination of the Site and/or Application.

Everchanging Me LLC, Belgrade will, at least seven (7) days before the termination of the Site and/or Application, make available for download all premium content of the Site and/or Application to all Subscribers that were subscribed to that content at the time of the announcement of the termination of the Site and/or Application in the standard accepted formats of those pieces of content. That includes text, audio, and video recordings that preserve the quality of the presentation of the premium content in question.

If you continue using the Site after any modification of the Terms of Use, it will be considered that you accept all the changes resulting from the modification. If you do not agree to the binding nature of future modifications to the Terms of Use, your sole remedy is to cancel your account and stop using the content of the Site and the services it provides. Unless otherwise specified, all options, features, tools, products, and services that modify or enhance the Site and the services it provides are subject to these Terms of Use.

These Terms, which may be modified from time to time, are considered valid and binding as long as they are published on the Site, or until they are changed or canceled by Everchanging Me LLC Belgrade. Everchanging Me LLC Belgrade reserves the right to change these Terms at any time without prior notice.

By using the Site, you agree to all the Terms of Use included in this text. Everchanging Me LLC Belgrade reserves the discretion to modify or update these Terms of Use. It is recommended that you review the Terms of Use from time to time, in order to gain insight into possible changes. The date of the last revision will be highlighted in the header of the page where this document is published.

You hereby fully and unreservedly agree to the following: For Everchanging Me LLC Belgrade, Anita Marković and Ivan Marković, and all their legal heirs, representatives, and/or proxies, you fully and unreservedly release all obligations and responsibilities for your interpretation of the content of the Site and the perception of mental pain, psychosomatic complaints, health, business, legal, financial, family, partner and other challenges in your life, including possible material and/or non-material damage, which you perceive to be directly or indirectly caused by your interaction with the contents of the Site.

You will indemnify and hold Everchanging Me LLC, its subsidiaries, affiliates, licensors, content providers, service providers, employees, agents, officers, directors, and contractors (hereinafter referred to as the “Indemnified Parties”) harmless from any breach of these Terms and Conditions by You, including for any use of Content other than as expressly authorized in these Terms and Conditions. You agree that the Indemnified Parties will have no liability in connection with any such breach or unauthorized use, and You agree to indemnify the Indemnified Parties for any and all loss, damages, judgments, awards, costs, expenses, and attorney’s fees arising out of or related to such breach or unauthorized use. Everchanging Me LLC reserves the right to prohibit users from accessing the entire Site or its individual parts for a certain period of time without prior notice.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be illegal by any court, or if a court determines that they are invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

If Everchanging Me LLC does not exercise any right or remedy to which it is entitled under these Terms of Use or other legal norms, it does not mean that the Site waives the right to exercise those rights or remedies.

These Terms of Use constitute the agreement and understanding between the parties concerned regarding the use of this Site and supersede all other terms and conditions.
